No More Wandering

Dear Partner,

What does Wandering mean?

By definition it means: traveling aimlessly from place to place. Another definition for the word wandering is: to walk around slowly in a relaxed way or without any clear purpose or direction

For quite some time, you’ve been back and forth. If this doesn’t apply to you then pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ. It’s God’s will for us to be completely stable in being single-minded.

James 1:6-8 NKJV says…

6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;

8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Wandering and being double-minded, going back and forth, will cause you to not be able to receive from the Lord. God didn’t make it hard for us to receive from Him, He made a way FOR us to receive from Him! To the degree that you seek God…is the degree that you’ll see and receive. Stop wandering. Get stable in your walk. We can’t be stable in our walk with the Lord if we are not serious ourselves about seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33-34). We can’t honor God if we don’t seek Him to learn and know which decisions He wants us to make. God has an answer and wisdom for everything, and it puts an end to us “wandering” and going about without any clear purpose or direction. We get CLEAR purpose and direction from spending time in God’s WORD, and He’ll also use signs, spiritual leaders and opportunities to confirm your calling!

The key is, don’t forget what God has said. Forgetting what God has said causes one to delay fulfilling the will of God in the earth. Staying in the WORD will keep you GROUNDED and it opens the door for the Holy Spirit to remind you of what Jesus has spoken to you when you ask the Holy Spirit to do so. (See John 14:26). Where there is no vision, goal or target, you have nothing to follow, nothing to aim for. And we now know that it is not the will of the Father for His children to live an aimless life. We see it everyday whether on tv or in person. There are individuals who live life like they don’t have anywhere to go or anyone to answer to. When in truth, we all are going to answer to God. A great terror is facing God after living an aimless life, while all along He had a great calling for each one of us. Sad to say, there are many people who will face God on the Day of Judgement who lived aimlessly. But that does not have to be your story!

Proverbs 29:18 TPT says….

18 When there is no clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the Word, heaven’s bliss fills your soul.

What’s the flow?

Get a vision from God.

Stay on track.

Follow the revelation of the WORD.

He’ll satisfy your soul unlike anything on this planet ever could!

Wandering, living without clear purpose and direction doesn’t keep you pure.

Psalm 119:9 TPT…..

9 How can a young man stay pure? Only by living in the Word of God and walking in its truth.

Wandering, living aimlessly always leads to intentional sin.

Psalm 119:11 TPT…

11 I consider your Word to be my greatest treasure, and I treasure it in my heart to keep me from committing sin’s treason against you.

When we’re happy and excited about HIM, to learn of Him, read His WORD and pay close attention to what He says…it’ll become natural to live single-minded in the will of God, fulfilling His purpose for your life!

Psalm 119:16 TPT…

16 My delight is found in all your laws, and I won’t forget to walk in your words.

Following the Lord’s ways (His words and precepts) causes His favor to pour out on us!

Psalms 119:173 TPT…

173 Place your hands of strength and favor upon me, for I’ve made my choice to follow your ways.

Sin and temptation desires to lure you from the path of following the Lord. To get you to “wander” astray from God’s road. Getting off of God’s path welcomes destruction. Another reason the enemy (satan) wants you to wander away from God’s plan is to be able to rob you of your peace. Keep God’s WORD CLOSE to you and you won’t stumble. God’s WORD must be so close to us that it becomes the FIRST thought that comes to our minds!

Psalm 119:165 NKJV…

165 Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble.

In Jeremiah 14:10 MSG God said…

10 Since they loved to wander this way and that, never giving a thought to where they were going, I will now have nothing more to do with them—except to note their guilt and punish their sins.

What then? Confess your sins to God, repent and ask for forgiveness.

1 John 1:9 MSG….

9 On the other hand, if we admit our sins—simply come clean about them—he won’t let us down; he’ll be true to himself. He’ll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing.

Keeping God’s WORD fresh on your mind helps you to do and live His WORD on a daily basis without wandering from His plan or living in intentional sin!

Remember, I am praying for you daily!!

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE IF A PERSON BELIEVES!
